We are working hard to get your order to your you in the shortest time possible. Give us 1-6 Working days excluding public holidays, weekends and annual shut down to ship your order dependent on the payment method used and clearance of funds. Your order will be shipped via SA Post Office or Speed Service Couriers, counter to counter for collection at your local post office.

Unfortunately, we only deliver with in the boarders of South Africa.

 

How do I trace my order?

You can either click on track tab on the updated order, email confirmation or

Logon to your account.  Click on orders, on the left hand side of the menu. You will see your order. Click on view. You will find your tracking number uploaded.Click on the track tab

Clicking on track tab will connect you directly to Speed Service Couriers.  Enter the tracking no and the system will provide you with full tracking details.

At AC Mens Underwear we strive to have a happy customer. If for some reason you are not entirely satisfied with the product your received.

We will gladly accept a return of any unused products with the original tag and packaging for exchange or refund, provided it is returned within 1-2 days after receipt from the post office counter.

 

Follow the 3 easy steps for RETURNS or EXCHANGE PROCESS. Isn’t it easy!

 

Step 1. Write an email to customerservice@mensunderwear.co.za

Subject line: Returns or Exchanges

State Order reference number and short reason.

 

Step 2. Pop item back into a postage sleeve obtainable at the Post Office Counter. Request the post office person assisting you to tick the option “Receiver will pay Postage”.

Please include in your email above the tracking number for returns.  Once we have received the products back we will asses the product according to the original shipping condition.

 

Step 3. Exchanges are processed immediately after the asses process. You will be provided with a new tracking number as per the shipping process.

 

Refunds are processed after the asses process and once a week and will be refunded on the payment method selected during check out and you will receive a confirmation email.  The timing depends on the merchant service and credit card issuer.  The estimated time is 10-21 working days.
